Chef Jeannette Balins


Jeannette Balins was born and raised in the Czech Republic. She enjoyed helping out with meals prepared for the family by her grandmother who lived in five different countries in her lifetime. This background, along with her studies in Vienna, Austria, flavors much of Jeannette's cuisine.

"The classic European and the other dishes reveal that I took the time and effort to make everything the old-fashioned way. I also take pride in the presentation because I believe that food should be a feast for your eyes as well as your palate!"
